As your business prepares to conduct employee evaluations at the end of the year, learn from the experts on best practices, pitfalls to avoid and why evaluations are important to employers and employees alike.

Attorney Kris Woliver from the law firm Squire Patton Boggs and Jay Lucarelli, CEO of Minute Men Staffing and HR Services, will be presenting on the webinar. Together, the two will provide the legal landscape and practical implications all employers should be thinking about as they perform employee evaluations to determine pay increases, promotions or other benefits.

In the one-hour webinar, Kris Woliver will share with attendees why there can be legal advantages for employers who conduct employee evaluations on a regular basis and how employers can conduct these evaluations in accordance with state and federal law. Jay Lucarelli will then provide real-world examples from his business, describing the benefits of employee evaluations and why Minute Men Staffing and HR Services use them.
