The Ohio Chamber’s September Business Academy will feature special guest Ashley Attaway from Rocket Mortgage to discuss employee wellness and making your business a top company to work at. As Vice President of People Experience and Support, Ashley is charged with developing employee programs for Rocket Mortgage and all Rocket Central Companies that are designed to attract and retain talented employees. Her work has landed Rocket Mortgage on numerous Best Places to Work lists, including a Top 5 ranking on Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” in 2021.

In the webinar, attendees will learn from Ashley about the policies and practices Rocket Mortgage has implemented that have driven their success and ability to build a vibrant workplace culture. These policies will touch upon a wide range of topics, includingemployee benefits, workplace policies, and employee development. She will also share how your company can begin developing its own policies, so you too can create a workplace where all employees feel welcomed and valued.
